Our STP operators and technicians are specialized to deal with any kind of water treatment process technology ranging from Activated Sludge Process, Sequencing batch reactors (SBR), Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket reactors (UASB), Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactors (MBBR) as well as Reverse Osmosis and Micro/Ultra-Filtration plants (used to polish the treated sewage effluent).
Our service typically includes operation of the STP assets (including the Odour Control Units and tanker discharge facility – if available), preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment (MEICA and OCUs), inspection and cleaning services (of various TSE and sewerage holding, aeration tanks, chambers, etc), supply of process chemicals and utilities, internal & third party lab analysis, sludge dewatering, transportation and disposal, capital replacement, energy efficiency (optimization of electricity consumption for the plant), studies and surveys to improve process efficiency and reduce operational costs, etc.
We employ various tools for operation and maintenance optimization (SCADA and CMMS – INFOR) and can support the Client in reducing the sludge transportation & disposal fees using a mobile sludge dewatering unit.
