- Quick action in case of emergencies: mobilization of existing stand-by staff and equipment (eg: mobile intervention team, available 24/7 on-call basis);
- Technical expertise and preventive approach: Moalajah does not have a “run to failure” policy. We carry out detailed asset condition surveys to assess the existing technical state of equipment and identify potential failure/non-conformity risks. This step is followed by the implementation of an asset management and capital renewal plan approach (Moalajah is one of the few companies in the field that is ISO 55001 and OHSAS 18001 certified) that minimizes the risk of major equipment breakdown events (that can disrupt our Client’s core business);
- We continuously look for ways to optimize the operational expenditures of our Clients by employing rigorous cost-benefit analysis on various technical solutions that could be implemented on-site.
