GIS Mapping & CMMS:

We can support our Clients by mapping and creating a virtual network simulation of their assets. The benefits are that combined with a CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management System), the GIS mapping tool can optimize network operations and save a lot of money by optimizing operational expenditures (OPEX).
 

Asset management is a systematic process of developing, operating, maintaining, upgrading and disposing of assets cost-effectively.
Being one of the few companies in the Middle East to be ISO 55001 certified in our field of service, Moalajah can support our Clients in their asset management approach by starting with a thorough asset condition survey and proposals to preserve and improve their value.

Our experienced engineers can support you in taking the right decisions when capital investment in new assets is required. The knowledge gained over the years on both the EPC and Operational side of our business can be very handy for selecting the right time and equipment specs to be purchased and installed.    
 

Capital expenditures related to either old inefficient equipment replacement or the acquisition of new equipment due to changes in the operating environment (such as changes in environmental laws compliance or new capacity requirement) are a normal part of the asset life-cycle. 
It is extremely important to balance the CAPEX with the impact of the operational expenditures (OPEX) incurred and this is where, Moalajah can step in, as a consultant for the best choices available in the market.
Further optimization of the OPEX can be provided to our Clients by conduction a technical audit of the operations process. This can lead to significant savings in fields such as energy and chemicals consumption.
